Description and History
Serving the Front Range of the Colorado Rockies, with particular emphasis on the Denver/Boulder Valley/Fort Collins region, we are a Colorado law firm with extensive experience in the full spectrum of legal issues pertaining to the formation and ongoing management of corporations and limited liability companies. The firm was incorporated in 2004 as a specialized organization offering professional, cost-effective legal services to businesses in the Boulder Valley.​​ Initially, given the extensive technology background of the firm's Principal Attorney, the primary focus of the firm was on startup and early-stage technology companies. However, as the company gained traction over the years, additional client opportunities emerged, and its client list expanded beyond the startup & early-stage technology company environment -- and geographically beyond the Boulder Valley. The company now works with a diverse range of clients throughout the Colorado Front Range region.
