Biography
Joseph (Joe) Enzor is the firm's founder and principal attorney, and began his practice in 2003. Mr. Enzor's academic credentials include both Juris Doctor (J.D.) and Masters in Tax (LL.M.) degrees.
With regard to his legal career, in addition to his role in the firm over more than two decades (as described throughout this website's pages), for nearly four years Mr. Enzor served as the General Counsel, Secretary and Director at a leading Denver-headquartered IT company, Global Technology Resources, Inc. (GTRI). The primary focus of GTRI's business was state and federal information technology contracts.
Mr. Enzor has served on numerous business and non-profit boards, in both an advisory and board member capacity. He has also provided significant pro bono services to numerous startup and emerging-growth clients under the auspices of the Silicon Flatirons Center at the University of Colorado), as well as to its seminal predecessor, the Boulder Technology Incubator (BTI).
